Drug-Free Workplace
Laducer is committed to providing a drug and alcohol free workplace. The purpose of this policy is to maintain a work environment, which is free from the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our employees.
Laducer conducts random drug testing, and also tests for substance abuse in reasonable cause and post-accident situations.
